Account Terms
You must provide your legal name, an email address and UK address in order to complete the signup process for a paid subscription.
Your login credentials may only be used by one student and their parents – We do not allow a single set of credentials to be used by multiple users, e.g. siblings.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Enrich Learning will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your login information.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction or the UK (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You are responsible for all Content stored and activity that occurs under your account.
Platform Use
The Platform allows Guardians to:
(a) create and manage Accounts for Students;
(b) communicate with Tutors regarding their Students’ tutoring; and
(c) monitor the Platform activity of their Students.
The Platform allows Students to:
(a) communicate with Tutors regarding tutoring; and
(b) attend online Lessons in the Tutor Room.
The Platform allows Tutors to:
(a) create a profile (if applicable);
(b) communicate with Clients regarding tutoring; and
(c) conduct online Lessons with Students Via the Fusion Platform.
The User is permitted to use the Platform for the purposes of using the Services, subject to the following:
(a) Users must be over 18 years of age to register an Account;
(b) any Student under 18 years of age wishing to use the Platform must arrange for an authorised Guardian to register on their behalf;
(c) Users must have the legal right and authority to use the Platform and Services and perform their obligations under these Terms and Conditions;
(d) Guardians are responsible for managing the Accounts of Students they register on the Platform, for the activity and actions of those Students on the Platform and for ensuring that Students act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
(e) Guardians registering a Student must have the legal right and authority to consent to the processing of the Student's Personal Data for the purposes outlined in the Privacy and Cookie Policy;
(f) Platform Accounts may only be used by those individuals named on the Account and those names must be real and accurate; and
(g) the Platform may only be used for tutoring and tutoring support services.
The User shall use reasonable endeavours, including reasonable security measures relating to Account access details, to ensure that no unauthorised person may gain access to the Platform using their Account and must notify Enrich Learning immediately if they become aware of any unauthorised use of their Account.
Platform Conduct
The User’s conduct on the Platform must:
(a) be appropriate and consistent with generally accepted standards of etiquette and behaviour in the teaching and tutoring industries;
(b) be courteous and polite to other Users of the Platform;
(c) not involve sending an excessive number of messages;
(d) not be offensive, insulting, deceptive, hostile, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory or inflammatory; and
(e) not cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
The User must report any safeguarding concerns or inappropriate behaviour of another User.
The User must not:
(a) use the Platform in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful, or in connection with any such activity;
(b) cause damage to the Platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Platform;
(c) use or promote the Platform in any way that is liable to result in the blacklisting of any IP addresses or domains being used by the Platform;
(d) access the software code (including object code, intermediate code and source code) of the Platform;
(e) conduct any systematic or automated data collection activity, via or in relation to the Platform; or
(f) conduct (or request that any other person or entity conduct) any load testing or penetration testing.
Payments and Refunds
The Service is billed one month in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for unused months with a valid subscription.
Enrich Learning does not issue discounts.
Enrich Learning reserves the right to take payment for invoices monthly and automatically from your payment source.
All payments are to be made in GBP unless otherwise agreed.
Enrich Learning reserves the right to change our monthly fees upon 90 days notice from us. Fee change notices will be posted to the site and emailed out to current customers.
Cancellation and Termination
You alone are responsible for the proper cancellation of your account. You may cancel your account by emailing admin@enrichlearning.co.uk . Cancellations must be made with at least 1 months notice. Enrich Learning reserves the right to cancel or suspend your account immediately without notice for any of the following reasons:
Failure to pay an invoice, monthly subscription or late payment (payment delayed by 7 days or more).
Illegal activity involving or in any way relating to the use or misuse of Enrich Learning.
Any attempt by your users to extract data from the Enrich Learning system which you do not rightly have access to or damage Enrich Learning such that such access is made easier for others.
Any damage (intentionally or otherwise) to the Enrich Learning platform by your users.
Any activity by your users which results in a significant increase in the costs to Enrich Learning of providing the Enrich Learning service. Any activity by your users which defames Enrich Learning or damages its reputation.
In the event of cancellation of the subscription, you have the ability to download your data using all Enrich Learning's standard export features free of charge unless prevented from doing so by law. If any further data is required Enrich Learning will make a reasonable effort to provide that data in a usable format charging a reasonable hourly rate for that work.
Termination of the Service will result in the deactivation and removal of your subscription and all related sub-accounts and data.
Enrich Learning reserves the right to modify the service at any time without notice if so required for technical reasons.
Enrich Learning reserves the right to refuse service to any new customer for any reason.
